In the fast paced, 24×7 content cycle, click bait oriented, and AI enabled digital media landscape, readers are increasingly becoming fatigued, incredulous, sceptic, and flippant in their media habits. There is therefore the implicit need for credibility in this world of misinformation, curation in the midst of cluttered digital space, and a sense of community with like minded peers. At the same time, there are new paradigms and horizons for new revenue streams that magazine publishers can explore, that are at the intersection of core magazine values and moentisationof content and involved communities. IMC 2024 will curate wide ranging conversations, on how magazine media has evolved and kept itself steady and solid, in print, as well as adapted the contours of digital space to play to its inherent strength of nurturing connected and credible readership, whilst evolving new revenue streams.
